LedgerLift Studio builds custom financial database systems for bootstrap founders, real systems built from real client work, handed over so you own them.
Why I built this
I’m Renee Morrison — I started in bookkeeping, but the systems founders actually needed didn’t exist, so I became the person who builds them. LedgerDesk started as an internal tool for a real client. It worked. I packaged it. That’s how every LedgerDesk system was built — from actual work, not theory.
LedgerLift Studio is not a white-label bookkeeping service, a done-for-you monthly bookkeeping subscription, or outsourced capacity for CPA firms.
It’s for bootstrap founders at $0–$500K who have the receipts but not the order, running on gut feel instead of real numbers, and ready to fix that.
Where you start depends on where you are
Everything starts with a diagnosis. The diagnostic tool tells you where you actually stand, then points you to the right starting product — not the most expensive one.
Behind on your books? The Historical Summary Load ($297) takes the months you missed, summarizes them by category and month, and loads them into your LedgerDesk system as your opening position, so your year-to-date numbers start out correct. For the system itself, you’ve got LedgerDesk Solo ($197, Airtable) or LedgerDesk Access ($147, Microsoft Access), depending on the platform that fits you.
