TERMS OF SERVICE
LedgerLift Studio | RM Bookkeeping Svc LLC

1. Agreement
By purchasing or using any product from LedgerLift Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by RM Bookkeeping Svc LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
2. Products
LedgerLift Studio sells digital products including downloadable PDFs, database templates, and financial system tools. All products are delivered electronically via Stan Store, Gumroad, or Etsy. No physical products are shipped.
3. License & Permitted Use
Upon purchase, you receive a single-user, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business. You may not resell, share, redistribute, copy, or repurpose any LedgerLift product for client use or commercial distribution.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with delivery, contact us at hello@ledgerliftstudio.com and we will resolve it.
5. Financial Disclaimer
LedgerLift Studio products are educational tools and database systems. They are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or financial advice. We are not a licensed CPA firm. Results depend entirely on how you use the tools. LedgerLift Studio and RM Bookkeeping Svc LLC are not liable for financial decisions made using our products.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, and systems sold by LedgerLift Studio are the intellectual property of RM Bookkeeping Svc LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
